We keep things simple: we collect only what we need to run the course, and we never sell your data.

1. Who is responsible for your data
BR Creative is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. You can contact us via the help page.
2. What we collect
- Account details — your name and email address when you sign up, or the details shared by Google if you sign in with Google.
- Course activity — which lessons you have completed and the answers you save in your worksheets, so you can return to them and download them.
- Purchase records — your payment plan, status and amount. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our systems.
- Messages — anything you send us through the contact form.
- Certificate name — the name you type when generating your completion certificate is used only to create that certificate.
3. Why we use it
- To give you access to the course you have purchased (performance of a contract).
- To save your progress and worksheet answers so the course works as intended.
- To respond to your questions and provide support.
- To keep accurate financial records (legal obligation).
We do not send marketing emails from this platform and we do not use your data for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the platform: Lovable Cloud (hosting, database and login), Stripe (payments) and Google (if you choose to sign in with Google). Each processes data only on our instructions and under their own security commitments. We never sell or rent your data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account, progress and worksheet answers for as long as you have access to the course, so you can revisit it over time. Purchase records are kept for six years to meet accounting requirements. Contact messages are deleted once your query has been resolved and is no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything that is inaccurate;
- delete your account and data (this will end your access to the course);
- restrict or object to certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the help page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Cookies
We use only the essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Security
Your data is stored securely with access controls so that only you can see your own progress and answers. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.
9. Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. The latest version will always be published here.
