Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you purchase or use The Community Content Method™, an online course provided by BR Creative.
Last updated: 14 September 2026
1. Who we are
The Community Content Method™ is provided by BR Creative ("we", "us"). You can contact us at any time via our help page.
2. What you are buying
Your purchase gives your organisation access to the ten written course modules, the bonus resources, the fillable and downloadable worksheets, progress tracking and a completion certificate. The course is delivered entirely online through this website.
Access is granted for the lifetime of the course platform. We may update, improve or add to the content at any time at no extra cost.
3. Organisation licence
One purchase covers one organisation (for example one charity, community business or voluntary group). Trustees, staff and volunteers of that organisation may use the course. You may not resell, share outside your organisation, copy for distribution or present the course content as your own.
4. Payment
Payment is taken securely through Stripe. You can pay in full (£499) or spread the cost across three monthly payments of £166.33.
- The payment plan is a way to spread the full £499 cost — it is not a monthly subscription you can cancel partway through. By choosing it, you agree to pay all three payments in full, even if you decide not to finish the course.
- With the payment plan, all six bonus resources are unlocked straight away and the ten core modules open in order as you complete them.
- If a payment fails, your access is paused until it is settled. If you need a break for financial reasons, your account, progress and free content are kept safe and paid access resumes when your payments restart.
- Stopping or cancelling a payment does not remove the obligation to pay the remaining balance.
- All prices are in pounds sterling.
5. Refunds
Our refund policy is set out in full on the Refund Policy page. Where a refund is issued, access to the course is withdrawn.
6. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
7. Intellectual property
All course content, including text, images, worksheets, templates and frameworks such as The BR Creative Principle™ and The Story Prism™, belongs to BR Creative. You may download and print worksheets and templates for your organisation's own use.
8. What the course is not
The course offers practical guidance based on professional experience. It is not legal, financial, safeguarding or data protection advice. Templates such as the consent form should be checked against your own policies and, where appropriate, professional advice.
We cannot guarantee particular results, such as funding awards, follower growth or volunteer numbers, because these depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the course available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or make changes to the platform. If we ever decide to close the platform, we will give reasonable notice so you can download your worksheets.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
